趣丸千音（All Voice Lab）用户服务协议（以下简称“本协议”）是上海玲光乍现科技有限公司（以下简称“趣丸千音”）与您，就您使用趣丸千音提供的产品和/或服务内容（以下或简称“本服务”）而签订的合同。
本协议中与您的权益（可能）存在重大关系的条款（包括免除趣丸千音责任的条款、限制您权利的条款、争议解决条款及司法管辖条款等），趣丸千音已采用字体加粗的方式来特别提醒您，请您留意重点查阅。请您确保您在使用本服务前已仔细阅读、充分理解并毫无保留地接受本协议所有条款。
《趣丸千音（All Voice Lab）用户隐私政策》以及趣丸千音及各项服务内容页面公布的其他协议规范、规则、声明、公告、政策等（以下统称“其他本服务规则”）是本协议不可分割的组成部分，您在使用本服务时应同样遵守。 您接受并同意本协议的行为即视为您同意并接受其他趣丸千音规则，您接受并同意任一其他趣丸千音规则的行为亦视为您接受并同意本协议。
您确认您具备完全民事权利能力和完全民事行为能力，有能力同意并遵守本协议，并对您本协议项下的全部行为独立承担法律责任。若您不具备前述与您行为相适应的民事行为能力，则应获得法定监护人的知情同意。如您尚未成年，请在法定监护人的陪同下阅读和判断是否同意本协议，请特别注意未成年人条款。未成年人行使和履行本协议项下的权利和义务视为已获得法定监护人的认可。
1. 服务内容
1.1 本服务包括但不限于：向您提供视频字幕生成（如字幕擦除、字幕替换、字幕翻译）、视频人声生成、视频画面人物口型生成、多语种音频合成的技术服务，您可以通过点击服务页面上传音频/视频，并选择相应生成服务，本服务的模型将针对您输入的音频/视频内容及所选择的目标语言，自动生成特定的音频/视频内容。
本服务内容以趣丸千音官方网站及各项具体服务内容的官网展示内容为准，请您按照服务规则规范操作，并自行把握风险谨慎操作。
1.2 通过趣丸千音官网注册、登录是您使用本服务的唯一合法方式，通过其他任何途径、任何渠道、任何方式获取的本服务（包括但不限于账号、增值服务、生成内容下载等）均为非法所得，趣丸千音概不承认其效力，且一经发现，趣丸千音有权立即作出删除、清零、封号等处理，任何因此导致的一切不利后果均由您自行承担。 请您妥善保管自己的账号和密码，加强密码安全性，谨防账号泄露或被盗。 因您账号被泄露或被盗而造成的任何损失，趣丸千音不承担补偿责任。
1.3 任何以恶意破解等非法手段获得本服务的，皆不属于本协议约定的由趣丸千音提供的服务。由此引起的一切后果由行为人负责，趣丸千音将保留依法追究行为人法律责任的权利。
1.4 趣丸千音有权提前向您公告（包括但不限于弹窗公告、网站首页公告、站内信）以修改、替换、升级与本服务相关的任何内容（包括但不限于服务内容修改、版本升级、新服务开发与迭代、部分功能替换和下架等）。 如果您不同意或者不接受趣丸千音关于服务内容的修改、替代、升级，请直接拒绝、停止、取消使用行为，否则视为您同意并接受趣丸千音关于服务内容的修改、替代、升级，同时该同意并接受的行为仍受本协议约束。
1.5 您和趣丸千音均是独立的主体，在任何情况下本协议不构成趣丸千音对您的任何形式的明示或暗示担保或条件，双方之间亦不构成代理、合伙、合营或雇佣关系。
2. 账号注册、使用及注销
2.1 本服务主要面向年满18周岁的具备完全民事行为能力的成年人，因此，在您开始注册成为趣丸千音用户或以其他被允许的形式实际使用本服务时，您应当具备完全民事行为能力。如果您未满 18 周岁，或者不具备完全民事行为能力，请在监护人陪同下阅读本协议，并在征得监护人的同意后使用本服务。
2.2 当您选择注册账号成为趣丸千音用户时：
2.2.1 您可以手机号码进行注册， 但手机号码必须为真实有效的，趣丸千音有权拒绝为虚拟、虚假号码提供账号注册服务。 注册时，您可自行创建、修改昵称。用户名和昵称的命名及使用应遵守相关法律法规并符合网络道德。用户名和昵称中不能含有任何侮辱、诽谤、淫秽或暴力等侵害他人合法权益或违反公序良俗的词语。如您违反前述规定，趣丸千音有权随时限制或拒绝您使用该账号，甚至注销该账号。
2.2.2 您有义务确保注册时及后续使用本服务过程中填写的资料、信息的真实性、正确性及完整性。如果您的资料、信息发生变化，请您及时更改。 您承诺：不会冒用、盗用他人信息为自己信息或以他人名义注册趣丸千音账号，不会窃取、盗用他人的趣丸千音账号。您理解并同意，趣丸千音有权对违反上述条款的用户作出禁止注册及/或封号的处理。
2.2.3 趣丸千音有权根据《中华人民共和国网络安全法》等相关法律法规规定，请您进行实名认证，包括但不限于请您提供面部特征等个人生物识别信息、身份证信息、手机号码等个人信息。您应当如实填写和提交账号注册与认证资料，完成信息登记，并对资料的真实性、合法性、准确性和有效性承担责任。趣丸千音将依据您填写和提交的账号资料，在法律允许的范围内向其他用户展示您的注册信息。
2.2.4 注册成功后，您可以选择手机号码短信验证登录或输入账号密码方式登录并使用本服务。您应采取合理措施维护账号和密码的安全，因用户原因导致账号或密码泄露而造成的法律后果由用户负责。 用户对由此账号登入系统后所发生的所有活动和事件负责，并承担由此产生的直接或者间接法律责任，趣丸千音不承担任何责任。此外，当有证据证明或者合理理由认为您的账号存在安全风险时，趣丸千音有权自行暂停为风险账号继续提供服务。
2.2.5 如您需申请成为企业用户的，请通过相应服务页面指引与趣丸千音取得联系。
2.3 您理解并同意，您仅享有账号及本服务的使用权，账号及本服务的所有权归趣丸千音所有（法律法规另有规定的除外），但不包含您使用本服务所生成的内容。未经趣丸千音书面同意，您不得以任何形式处置账号的使用权（包括但不限于赠与、出借、转让、销售、抵押、继承、许可他人使用）。 您理解并同意，趣丸千音有权在法律允许的最大范围内视情况决定收回账号使用权，无需另行通知用户亦无需征得用户同意。如果趣丸千音发现或者有合理理由认为使用者并非账号初始注册人，趣丸千音有权在不通知您的情况下，暂停或终止向该注册账号提供服务，并注销该账号。
2.4 您应妥善保管账号信息、账号密码以及其他与账号相关的信息、资料， 每次登录趣丸千音或使用相关服务后，会将有关账号等安全退出。账号或密码遗失的，可以通过注册信息进行重置密码，以手机号码注册的用户可以凭借手机号码找回原密码。当您的账号或密码遭到未经授权的使用或存在其他安全漏洞的情况时，您应立即告知趣丸千音。 您知悉并理解，我们只能够通过相关信息的比对来验证您与初始注册用户身份的一致性，但不能完全确保识别您即为初始注册人，由此可能带来的法律风险将由您个人承担。
2.5 账号注销
2.5.1 您有权向趣丸千音提出账号注销申请。您可以在登录账号后，查看左侧信息栏，点击【我的工作台】—点击头像右侧的账号进入账号信息编辑页面-点击【注销账号】注销您的账号（法律法规、本协议或其他趣丸千音规则另有规定的除外）。
2.5.2 特别提醒：注销趣丸千音账号后，您将无法再以此账号登录和使用本服务，趣丸千音也将同时终止为该账号提供服务，且趣丸千音账号一旦注销完成，将无法恢复，请您在注销前慎重考虑。
2.5.3 在您向我们申请注销趣丸千音账号之前，为了保护您的账号安全和具备财产性质的权益，您需先行检查与确保您申请注销的账号已经同时满足注销页面提示所列明的条件，确认提交申请后，趣丸千音将对您的账号安全状态以及您的服务使用情况等进行审核，综合判断您的账号是否符合条件。
2.5.4 如您的账号涉及争议或纠纷，包括（被）投诉、举报、国家机关调查、仲裁、诉讼，趣丸千音有权自行中止或终止您的账号注销流程，无需另行通知亦无需征得您的同意。
2.5.5 趣丸千音账号一旦注销，您与我们曾签署过的相关用户协议、其他权利义务性文件等相应终止（但已约定继续生效的或法律另有规定的除外）。同时，您知悉并同意：即使您的账号被注销，也并不减轻或免除您在协议期间内应根据相关法律法规、相关协议、规则等（可能）需要承担的相关责任。
2.6 您同意接受趣丸千音通过网页公告、网页私信、手机短信或其他合法方式向您发送通知信息和其他相关信息。
3. 使用规则与数据处理要求
3.1 您在使用本服务过程中， 承诺并保证遵守有关法律、法规、规章和主管部门规范性文件的规定，包括但不限于《中华人民共和国保守国家秘密法》、《中华人民共和国著作权法》、《中华人民共和国网络安全法》、《中华人民共和国计算机信息系统安全保护条例》、《计算机软件保护条例》、《信息网络传播权保护条例》、《网络信息内容生态治理规定》。
3.2 对于通过人工智能技术生成、合成的文本、图片、音频、视频等内容，趣丸千音将根据《人工智能生成合成内容标识办法》等法律法规的要求添加人工智能生成标识，包括在生成、合成内容或者交互场景界面中添加用户可明显感知的显式标识，以及在生成、合成内容的文件元数据中添加隐式标识（合称“AI标识”），具体页面包括：文本转语音/变声器/声音复刻/视频翻译/视频解说/有声书 ，请您留意，如有新增页面，趣丸千音将通过页面弹窗、端内通知、更新用户协议等方式通知您。您不得删除、篡改、伪造或者以其他令人误导的方式修改趣丸千音基于生成式人工智能等新技术和新应用添加的AI标识。
3.3 您有权依照本协议的约定使用本服务，但您在使用本服务时须遵守相关法律法规及服务规则， 不得利用本服务从事包括但不限于以下行为，也不得制作、上传、复制、发布、传播含有以下信息的内容或者为以下行为提供便利，趣丸千音不对您违反本条约定而引发的任何后果承担任何责任：
(1) 反对宪法所规定的基本原则的。
(2) 危害国家安全，泄露国家秘密，颠覆国家政权，破坏国家统一的。
(3) 损害国家荣誉和利益的。
(4) 煽动民族仇恨、民族歧视，破坏民族团结的。
(5) 宣扬恐怖主义、极端主义或者煽动实施恐怖活动、极端主义活动的。
(6) 破坏国家宗教政策，宣扬邪教和封建迷信的。
(7) 编造或散布谣言、虚假信息，进行电信诈骗等扰乱社会秩序，破坏社会稳定的。
(8) 散布淫秽、色情、赌博、暴力、凶杀、恐怖或教唆犯罪，或者交易、制造违禁品、管制物品的。
(9) 侮辱或诽谤他人，侵害他人名誉权、肖像权（例如不得利用信息技术手段伪造等方法侵害他人的肖像权）、隐私权、商业秘密、知识产权和其他合法权益的，或者仿冒、假借国家机构、社会团体或其他法人名义。
(10) 含有法律、行政法规禁止的其他内容的。
同时您也需进一步采取措施，防范和抵制含有下列内容的不良信息：
(1) 使用夸张标题，内容与标题严重不符的。
(2) 炒作绯闻、丑闻、劣迹等的。
(3) 不当评述自然灾害、重大事故等灾难的。
(4) 带有性暗示、性挑逗等易使人产生性联想的。
(5) 展现血腥、惊悚、残忍等致人身心不适的。
(6) 煽动人群歧视、地域歧视等的。
(7) 宣扬低俗、庸俗、媚俗内容的。
(8) 可能引发未成年人模仿不安全行为和违反社会公德行为、诱导未成年人不良嗜好等的。
(9) 煽动非法集会、结社、游行、示威、聚众扰乱社会秩序的。
(10) 以非法民间组织名义活动的。
(11) 其他对网络生态造成不良影响的内容。
3.4 对于您输入的视频数据，您应当确保：
（1）输入的数据内容合法合规，不含有任何违反法律法规或本协议第3.2所列之内容，不应输入未经授权的其他自然人的个人信息、未经授权的知识产权数据、商业秘密数据等。
（2）等数据为您自行所有或已获取了数据主体充分、必要且有效的合法许可及授权，且不侵犯任何第三方的合法权益（包括但不限于知识产权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、商业秘密等合法权益），您同时授予趣丸千音在提供本服务范围内的免费的、不可撤销的及非独占性的使用该等数据。
（3）如果您输入数据中包含了个人信息，您应保证已经获得了个人信息主体的同意（涉及敏感个人信息的，应获得单独同意），授权范围应包含您将数据传输给趣丸千音并委托趣丸千音进行数据处理，或采取了符合适用的数据保护相关的法律的匿名化处理措施。
请您注意，您是否提供个人信息、提供何种个人信息完全由您自主决定，趣丸千音不建议您提供可能对您的合法权益造成影响的个人信息，您不应未经授权提供他人的个人信息。
3.5 在您使用本服务时，为协助您落实信息内容管理责任，趣丸千音将采取技术手段对您输入的文本内容、视频内容及生成结果进行审核，如您输入的内容或生成结果出现了含有违反法律法规或本协议第3.2所列的内容的，趣丸千音将对此予以拦截、屏蔽或删除处理。请您知悉，趣丸千音不保证审核结果的完全准确性，亦不对其做任何保证，无论趣丸千音是否采取了审核措施，以及无论审核结论如何，均不影响您对履行互联网信息服务内容管理、深度合成信息内容管理以及生成式人工智能产品服务内容管理等承担内容安全义务及责任。
3.6 您在使用本服务时，需遵守如下使用规则：
（1）不得使用本服务制作、复制、发布、传播虚假新闻信息，转载基于深度合成服务制作发布的新闻信息的，应当依法转载互联网新闻信息稿源单位发布的新闻信息。
（2）应当遵守相关法律法规，遵守自愿、平等、公平及诚实信用原则，尊重他人合法权益，防止伤害他人身心健康、损害肖像权、名誉权和个人信息、侵犯知识产权，不得利用本服务谋取不正当利益，不扰乱互联网平台正常秩序，维护清朗网络环境。
（3）不得利用本服务开发与本服务相竞争的产品或服务。
（4）不得利用本服务开发、训练或改善其他与趣丸千音存在直接或间接竞争关系的算法、模型等。
（5）不得通过网络爬取、提取或抓取等其他任何方式获得本服务生成或输出的数据。
（6）未经趣丸千音事先书面同意，不得通过出租、出借、出售、分销、转售或转让等其他方式向第三方提供本服务。
（7）不得使用任何方式篡改、删除本服务中有关生成内容属于“AI 生成”的相关表述和标识，不得恶意引导、误导第三方将本服务生成的内容误解为人为生成。
（8）不得采用非法手段干扰本服务的正常运行，包含恶意通过输入内容生成违反法律法规或不良信息的内容、恶意对抗或避开本服务的内容审核机制等其他可能危害或损害趣丸千音合法权益的行为。
3.7 您理解并同意：为实现本服务目的，趣丸千音遵循合法、正当、必要和诚信原则，基于您的委托、指令和需求并以向您提供本服务为目的的数据处理活动（包括个人信息），其中数据处理活动不能超出您的指示范围，您有权对趣丸千音的数据处理行为进行监督。趣丸千音认为您的指示违反适用的数据保护相关的法律（包括但不限于《中华人民共和国民法典》、《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》、《中华人民共和国网络安全法》）时，趣丸千音有权立即通知您并停止提供本服务而无需承担任何责任。
3.8 本协议下的数据处理地点为中华人民共和国境内。除法律法规或监管机构另有规定外，趣丸千音将仅在为提供本服务之目的所必需的期间内保留您的数据。趣丸千音将在数据处理期限结束后停止一切数据使用行为，或者根据您的指示将相关数据返还给您或删除。如果法律法规不允许趣丸千音删除此类数据，则趣丸千音不得将这些数据用于除您的委托和指示之外的任何其他用途。若删除此类数据从技术上难以实现的，趣丸千音会停止除存储和采取必要的安全保护措施之外的处理。
3.9 您应本着谨慎、合理、合法原则采取必要措施保护己方的信息。 您应当对使用本服务是否符合法律法规规定进行必要审查，并承担由此产生的所有责任。
3.10 趣丸千音有权采取适当的措施核实和检查您是否已履行了本协议中使用规则及数据处理要求中规定的相应义务，您应对该等核实和检查提供必要的协助与配合，无论趣丸千音是否采取了核查和检查措施，以及核查和检查结论如何，均不影响您承担上述保证义务及责任。若您未能履行本协议中使用规则规定的相应义务或存在违反法律法规规定的情形，趣丸千音有权单方基于单方的合理判断立即采取措施，包括但不限于删除相关信息及数据、暂停服务、冻结或注销您的账号，且不承担任何责任，您自行承担对信息主体的侵权法律责任和其他法律责任；如致使趣丸千音因处理信息主体信息而遭受损失（包括但不限于向信息主体及其他第三方的赔偿及/或补偿、行政处罚、商誉损失等）的，您应赔偿趣丸千音的全部损失。
4. 付费服务及资费政策
4.1 您理解并同意，趣丸千音有权决定是否提供付费服务以及付费服务的资费标准，前述内容会因用户需求、运营策略调整、用户接受程度等因素随时进行调整，前述内容一经在相关的页面上公布即有效代替原来的协议内容，同时趣丸千音将以适当的方式（包括但不限于系统弹窗、站内信、网站公告等）提醒您更新后的内容。
4.2 您可根据自身需要订阅付费功能并支付费用，如您不同意支付该等费用，则无法使用相应功能，如您使用付费服务，请遵守相关的协议(详见《订阅服务协议》)。
4.3 您知悉并理解，趣丸千音付费服务属于在线交付的数字化商品，购买费用系数字化商品价格，而不具有预付款性质或者定金、储值等性质，购买成功后不可转让或逆向兑换成人民币或其他法定货币 本协议另有约定的情形、因付费服务存在重大瑕疵导致您完全无法使用等趣丸千音违约的情形、法律法规要求必须退款的情形除外）。
4.4 如您需购买趣丸千音付费功能，您可通过趣丸千音接入的第三方支付工具(如微信支付、支付宝)进行付款。您应在购买付费功能时仔细确认账号、支付账户、购买数量、购买费用等交易信息准确无误， 如因您自身原因（包括但不限于账号错误、支付账户错误、操作不当、账号/支付账户存在异常情况等）导致的任何损失应由您自行承担。
4.5 您必须为绑定的支付渠道账户开户人/持有人，可合法、有效使用该账户且未侵犯任何第三方权益，否则因此造成支付账户实际所有人损失的，应由您单独负责解决由此产生的纠纷并承担全部法律责任。
4.6 您理解并同意，若您根据趣丸千音中公布、实际展示的资费标准完成了付款，除法律法规明确规定外，趣丸千音不会退还您为享受该服务而支付的款项或为您调换成其他服务。在进行充值之前请您务必仔细确认您的账号及相关操作选项，如因您自身输入账号错误、操作不当或不了解充值计费等因素造成自身权益损害，趣丸千音将不会作出任何补偿或赔偿。
4.7 趣丸千音提供的付费服务，如对使用期限无特殊标识的，均默认您可在获得使用权后持续使用，直至相应服务终止；如对使用期限有特殊标识的，则其使用期限以特殊标识的期限为准，超过使用期限的，趣丸千音有权不另行通知用户而随时收回其使用权（该使用期限一经起算不因任何原因而中断、中止或重新起算）。
4.8 您不得以营利、商业化运营等非个人使用目的获取/使用趣丸千音提供的服务，或通过赠与（除本身可赠与的虚拟物品外）、出借、转让、销售、抵押、许可他人使用等方式获取/处置趣丸千音提供的服务。
4.9 您理解并同意，若您主动注销账号，您已购买的任何收费服务视为自动放弃，除法律法规明确规定的情形外，趣丸千音不予返还相应价值的现金或任何其他形式的补偿。
5. 知识产权
5.1 “知识产权”指任何法域规定的知识产权、工业产权和其他无形权利，本协议项下一方向对方提供的任何资料、素材、设计、技术、程序、代码等的知识产权均属于提供方或其合法权利人所有，除非一方或其合法权利人明确同意，另一方无权复制、传播、转让、散布、展示、出售、许可或提供他人使用。
5.2 您使用本服务输入的任何内容的版权均归原作者所有。您应保证您在使用本服务过程中自行提供、发布、上传和处理的任何内容及该等行为本身，包括但不限于软件、技术、程序、网页、文字、图片、图像、音频、视频、电子文档、其他数据等的知识产权归属您或已获得权利人合法授权。您进一步保证，前述内容不存在任何权属争议、不得包含任何违反适用的法律或侵犯第三方知识产权及其他合法权益的内容，且不会利用本服务侵害第三方的合法权益。
5.3 本服务的知识产权属于趣丸千音所有，您仅有权依照本协议约定使用且不得以任何方式损害趣丸千音相关知识产权权益。 您不得对趣丸千音提供的服务、系统等进行破解，进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编或以其他方式尝试发现源代码或绕过任何技术限制。
5.4 趣丸千音不会将您的输入数据用于本服务改进和模型优化用途。趣丸千音不会故意识别、提取、收集或单独储存您的输入数据中可能包含的个人信息，不会将您的输入数据中可能包含的个人信息和趣丸千音掌握的其他数据进行关联或融合。
5.5 您基于本服务生成的文本内容由您自行维护并对其独立判断后使用，您需在遵守适用法律法规和本协议的条件下使用，基于本服务生成内容产生的任何知识产权问题由您自行处理，您需对生成内容负责，趣丸千音对由此造成的任何损失不负责任。除法律法规另有规定外，未经趣丸千音书面同意，您不得以任何直接或间接、明示或暗示的方式向任何其他第三方披露生成内容与本服务的关联性，包括但不限于披露生成内容是通过趣丸千音提供本服务的技术能力进行生成等。您违反本条约定给趣丸千音造成损失的趣丸千音有权向您追偿。
5.6 鉴于本服务生成的内容依赖于机器训练的人工智能模型，不同的趣丸千音用户在不同场景下的输入不同的内容，其生成内容可能存在异同性，即生成内容可能相同、相似也可能部分或完全不一致。您理解并同意，如您的生成内容与其他用户的生成内容存在相同或相似的，由您和其他趣丸千音用户根据其输入内容各自使用对应的生成内容，您不应将其他趣丸千音用户的生成内容视为您的生成内容。
6. 违约责任
6.1 您使用本服务过程中，应当持续遵守本协议及服务规则等相关规则，若趣丸千音自行发现或根据相关部门的信息、权利人的投诉等发现您可能存在违反相关法律法规或本协议、服务规则的行为的，趣丸千音有权随时单方采取以下任意一项或多项措施：
（1）要求您立即删除、修改相关内容。
（2）视行为情节采取包括但不限于警示、限制或禁止使用本服务全部或部分功能、对您账号采取操作限制、冻结账号直至注销等措施，保存有关记录，并向有关主管部门报告并公告处理结果。
（3）要求您赔偿因您违约行为给趣丸千音造成的全部损失。
（4）依据相关协议采取其他措施。
6.2 趣丸千音依据本协议采取相应措施（包括但不限于暂停服务、终止协议），不视为趣丸千音违约，若因此给您造成损失（包括但不限于业务暂停、数据清空等）的，均由您自行承担。若因您违反本协议导致或产生的法律责任或第三方主张的任何索赔、要求或损失，您应自行承担责任。趣丸千音根据本协议对您进行处理后，不免除您应当承担的法律责任。
7. 责任限制及免责
7.1 您理解并同意，尽管趣丸千音已经尽了最大努力，但是由于本服务所依赖的技术本身存在的技术瓶颈且生成内容为人工智能模型自动生成，趣丸千音仍然不能对以下事项作出任何保证：
（1）不保证本服务将符合您的实际或特定需求或目的，经本服务获得的任何产品、服务或其他内容符合您的期望。
（2）不保证本服务百分百准确可靠、功能可用、及时、安全、无错误、不受干扰、无中断、持续稳定、不存在任何故障。

7.3 于任何情形下，趣丸千音不对您任何间接的、偶然的、特殊的或惩罚性的损害和损失（如利润损失、机会损失、向第三方支付的费用、声誉/商誉损失或损害等）承担责任。
8. 法律适用及争议解决
8.1 本协议的签订地为广东省广州市海珠区。
8.2 本协议的成立、生效、履行、解释及纠纷解决等，均适用中国大陆法律法规（不包括冲突法）。
8.3 因本协议产生之争议，双方应首先协商解决； 双方未能以诚意协商解决的，任何一方均应将争议提交本协议签订地有管辖权的人民法院裁决。
8.4 为免疑义，除另有相反书面约定外，本条法律适用和管辖条款效力及于本协议及其他本服务规则，包括其修订、补充及更新。
9. 隐私政策
9.1 趣丸千音注重保护用户的个人信息及个人隐私。个人信息是指以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息。您在浏览、注册、登录、使用本服务时，趣丸千音将按照网页公布的《趣丸千音（All Voice Lab）用户隐私政策》的约定处理和保护您的个人信息，因此希望您能够仔细阅读、充分理解《趣丸千音（All Voice Lab）用户隐私政策》的全文，并在需要时，按照《趣丸千音（All Voice Lab）用户隐私政策》的指引，作出您认为适当的选择。
9.2 您应当在仔细阅读、充分理解《趣丸千音（All Voice Lab）用户隐私政策》后使用本服务，如果您不同意政策的内容，将可能导致本服务无法正常运行，或者无法达到趣丸千音拟达到的服务效果。您使用或继续使用本服务的行为，都表示您充分理解和同意《趣丸千音（All Voice Lab）用户隐私政策》（包括更新版本）的全部内容。

10. 未成年人使用条款
10.1 若您是未满18周岁的未成年人，您应在监护人监护、指导并获得然护人同意的情况下，认真阅读并同意本协议后，方可使用趣丸千音。若您未取得监护人的同意，监护人可以通过平台公示渠道通知平台处理相关账号，平台有权对相关账号的功能、使用进行限制。
10.2 我们重视对未成年人个人信息的保护，未成年用户在填写个人信息时，请加强个人保护意识并谨慎对待，并应在取得监护人的同意以及在监护人指导下正确使用趣丸千音。
10.3 未成年用户及其监护人理解并确认，如因您违反法律法规、本协议内容，则您及您的监护人应依照法律却定承担因此而可能导致的全部法律责任。
10.4 未成年人用户特别提示：
10.4.1青少年应该在其监护人的监督指导下使用趣丸千音，在合理范围内正确学习使用网络，避免沉迷虚拟的网络空间，养成良好上网习惯；
10.4.2 青少年用户必须遵守《全国青少年网络文明公约》
(1)要善于网上学习，不浏览不良信息；
(2)要诚实友好交流，不侮辱欺诈他人；
(3)要增强自护意识，不随意约会网友；
(4)要维护网络安全，不破坏网络秩序；
(5)要有益身心健康，不沉溺虚拟时空。
10.5 为更好地保护未成年人隐私权益，我们提醒您，严格遵守相关法律法规，慎重发布包含未成年人素材的内容，一经发布，即视为您已获得权利人同意在趣丸千音中展示未成年人的肖像、声音等信息，且允许我们依据本协议使用、处理该等与末成年人相关的内容。
11. 其他
11.1 趣丸千音依据国家政策法律变化、技术进步、产品功能变更等有权根据变化适时或必要时对本协议内容做出修改，趣丸千音将以合理的方式通知您，您也可以在趣丸千音官网的最新版本中查阅相关协议条款。 如您不同意趣丸千音对本协议所做的修改，您有权停止使用本服务并书面通知趣丸千音，如您继续使用本服务，则视为您接受修改后的条款。
11.2 您理解并同意，趣丸千音基于经营策略的调整，可能会对服务内容进行变更，也可能会中断、中止或终止服务。
11.3 您理解并同意，如趣丸千音发生合并、分立、收购、资产转让时，趣丸千音可向第三方转让本服务下相关资产；趣丸千音亦可在单方通知您后，将本协议下部分或全部服务及相应的权利义务转交由第三方运营或履行。
11.4 趣丸千音终止向您提供服务后，有权根据适用法律的要求删除您的个人信息，或使其匿名化处理，亦有权依照法律规定的期限和方式继续保存您留存于我方平台的其他内容和信息。
11.5 服务规则为本协议的重要组成部分，与本协议正文具有同等法律效力，您应当予以遵守。

All Voice Lab User Service Agreement

This All Voice Lab User Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract entered into by and between Shanghai Lingguang Zhaxian Technology Co., Ltd. ("All Voice Lab") and you regarding your use of products and/or services provided by All Voice Lab (the "Service").
Terms in this Agreement that may have a material relationship with your rights and interests, including terms that exempt All Voice Lab from liability, limit your rights, address dispute resolution, and determine jurisdiction, are highlighted in bold for your attention. Please ensure that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unreservedly accepted all terms of this Agreement before using the Service.
The All Voice Lab User Privacy Policy and other agreements, rules, statements, announcements, policies, and specifications published on All Voice Lab and service pages (collectively, "Other Service Rules") are integral parts of this Agreement. You must also comply with them when using the Service. Your acceptance of this Agreement is deemed acceptance of the Other Service Rules, and your acceptance of any Other Service Rules is also deemed acceptance of this Agreement.
You confirm that you have full civil capacity and are capable of agreeing to and complying with this Agreement, and that you independently assume legal responsibility for all actions under this Agreement. If you do not have the civil capacity appropriate for your actions, you must obtain informed consent from your legal guardian. If you are a minor, please read and decide whether to agree to this Agreement under the accompaniment of your legal guardian, and pay special attention to the minor-related terms. A minor's exercise and performance of rights and obligations under this Agreement will be deemed to have been approved by the legal guardian.
1. Service Content
1.1 The Service includes, without limitation, technical services for video subtitle generation, such as subtitle removal, subtitle replacement, and subtitle translation, video voice generation, video character lip-sync generation, and multilingual audio synthesis. You may upload audio or video by clicking the service page and select corresponding generation services. The model of the Service will automatically generate specific audio or video content based on your input audio or video and the target language you select.
The Service content is subject to the information displayed on the All Voice Lab official website and specific service websites. Please operate according to service rules and carefully assess risks yourself.
1.2 Registration and login through the All Voice Lab official website is the only lawful way for you to use the Service. Any Service obtained through any other path, channel, or method, including but not limited to accounts, value-added services, and generated content downloads, is illegal. All Voice Lab does not recognize its validity and, once discovered, has the right to immediately delete it, clear it, suspend the account, or take other action. You shall bear all adverse consequences arising from this. Please properly keep your account and password, strengthen password security, and guard against account leakage or theft. All Voice Lab is not liable for any loss caused by leakage or theft of your account.
1.3 Any Service obtained by malicious cracking or other illegal means does not constitute a service provided by All Voice Lab under this Agreement. The actor is responsible for all consequences arising therefrom, and All Voice Lab reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
1.4 All Voice Lab has the right to notify you in advance, including by pop-up announcement, website homepage announcement, or in-site message, to modify, replace, or upgrade any content related to the Service, including modification of service content, version upgrades, development and iteration of new services, and replacement or removal of some functions. If you do not agree to or accept All Voice Lab's modification, replacement, or upgrade of service content, please directly refuse, stop, or cancel use. Otherwise, you will be deemed to agree to and accept such modification, replacement, or upgrade, and such use remains subject to this Agreement.
1.5 You and All Voice Lab are independent parties. Under no circumstances does this Agreement constitute any express or implied warranty or condition by All Voice Lab to you, nor does it create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
2. Account Registration, Use, and Cancellation
2.1 The Service is mainly intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and have full civil capacity. Therefore, when you start registering as an All Voice Lab user or actually use the Service in any permitted form, you should have full civil capacity. If you are under 18 years old or do not have full civil capacity, please read this Agreement under the accompaniment of your guardian and use the Service only after obtaining the guardian's consent.
2.2 When you choose to register an account as an All Voice Lab user:
2.2.1 You may register with a mobile phone number, but the mobile phone number must be true and valid. All Voice Lab has the right to refuse account registration services for virtual or false numbers. During registration, you may create or modify a nickname yourself. The naming and use of usernames and nicknames must comply with relevant laws and regulations and online ethics. Usernames and nicknames must not contain words that insult, defame, are obscene or violent, infringe others' lawful rights and interests, or violate public order and good customs. If you violate the foregoing, All Voice Lab may restrict or refuse your use of the account at any time, or even cancel the account.
2.2.2 You are obliged to ensure the truthfulness, correctness, and completeness of materials and information filled in during registration and subsequent use of the Service. If your materials or information changes, please update it promptly. You undertake not to impersonate or misappropriate another person's information as your own, not to register an All Voice Lab account in another person's name, and not to steal or misappropriate another person's All Voice Lab account. You understand and agree that All Voice Lab has the right to prohibit registration and/or suspend accounts of users who violate the above terms.
2.2.3 All Voice Lab has the right, according to the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, to request real-name authentication from you, including but not limited to facial features and other personal biometric information, identity card information, mobile phone number, and other personal information. You shall truthfully fill in and submit account registration and authentication materials, complete information registration, and be responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and validity of such materials. All Voice Lab will display your registration information to other users within the scope permitted by law based on the account materials you fill in and submit.
2.2.4 After successful registration, you may log in and use the Service by mobile phone SMS verification or by entering your account and password. You shall take reasonable measures to maintain account and password security. Users are responsible for legal consequences caused by account or password leakage due to user reasons. The user is responsible for all activities and events that occur after logging into the system with the account and shall bear direct or indirect legal liability arising therefrom. All Voice Lab assumes no liability. In addition, when there is evidence or reasonable grounds to believe that your account has security risks, All Voice Lab has the right to suspend services for the risky account at its discretion.
2.2.5 If you need to apply to become an enterprise user, please contact All Voice Lab according to guidance on the corresponding service page.
2.3 You understand and agree that you only have the right to use the account and the Service. Ownership of the account and the Service belongs to All Voice Lab, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, but this does not include content generated by your use of the Service. Without written consent from All Voice Lab, you may not dispose of the right to use the account in any form, including gift, lending, transfer, sale, pledge, inheritance, or permission for others to use it. You understand and agree that All Voice Lab has the right, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to decide whether to recover the account use right without further notice to or consent from the user. If All Voice Lab finds or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, All Voice Lab may suspend or terminate services to the registered account and cancel the account without notifying you.
2.4 You shall properly keep account information, account password, and other account-related information and materials. After each login to All Voice Lab or use of related services, you should securely log out of the account. If an account or password is lost, it may be reset through registration information. Users registered by mobile phone number may retrieve the original password with that mobile phone number. If your account or password is used without authorization or has other security vulnerabilities, you shall immediately notify All Voice Lab. You know and understand that we can only verify consistency between you and the initial registered user by comparing relevant information, but cannot fully ensure that you are the initial registrant. Legal risks that may arise from this will be borne by you personally.
2.5 Account cancellation
2.5.1 You have the right to apply to All Voice Lab for account cancellation. After logging in, you may view the left information bar, click "My Workspace", click the account next to the avatar to enter the account information editing page, and click "Cancel Account" to cancel your account, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, this Agreement, or other All Voice Lab rules.
2.5.2 Special reminder: after an All Voice Lab account is cancelled, you will no longer be able to log in to or use the Service with that account, All Voice Lab will also terminate services for that account, and once cancellation is completed, the account cannot be restored. Please carefully consider before cancellation.
2.5.3 Before you apply to cancel an All Voice Lab account, to protect account security and property-like rights and interests, you need to check and ensure that the account for cancellation satisfies the conditions listed on the cancellation page. After you confirm and submit the application, All Voice Lab will review account security status and service use to determine whether the account qualifies for cancellation.
2.5.4 If your account is involved in a dispute or conflict, including complaints, reports, investigations by state authorities, arbitration, or litigation, All Voice Lab has the right to suspend or terminate your account cancellation process at its discretion without further notice to or consent from you.
2.5.5 Once an All Voice Lab account is cancelled, relevant user agreements and other rights-and-obligations documents signed between you and us will terminate accordingly, except for those agreed to continue to be effective or otherwise provided by law. At the same time, you know and agree that even if your account is cancelled, this does not reduce or exempt any relevant liability you may need to bear during the agreement period according to relevant laws, regulations, agreements, and rules.
2.6 You agree to receive notifications and other relevant information sent by All Voice Lab through web announcements, web private messages, mobile SMS, or other lawful methods.
3. Use Rules and Data Processing Requirements
3.1 During your use of the Service, you undertake and warrant that you will comply with laws, regulations, rules, and regulatory documents of competent authorities, including but not limited to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Guarding State Secrets, Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, Regulations on Security Protection of Computer Information Systems, Regulations on Computer Software Protection, Regulations on Protection of the Right of Communication through Information Networks, and Provisions on Ecological Governance of Network Information Content.
3.2 For text, images, audio, video, and other content generated or synthesized by artificial intelligence technology, All Voice Lab will add AI-generated labels according to the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content and other laws and regulations, including explicit labels that users can clearly perceive in generated or synthesized content or interactive scenario interfaces, and implicit labels in file metadata of generated or synthesized content (collectively, "AI Labels"). Specific pages include text-to-speech, voice changer, voice cloning, video translation, video commentary, and audiobook. Please note that if new pages are added, All Voice Lab will notify you through page pop-ups, in-app notices, updates to the user agreement, or other means. You may not delete, tamper with, forge, or modify AI Labels added by All Voice Lab based on generative AI and other new technologies and applications in any misleading manner.
3.3 You have the right to use the Service according to this Agreement, but you must comply with relevant laws, regulations, and service rules when using the Service. You may not use the Service to engage in any of the following acts, nor create, upload, copy, publish, or disseminate content containing the following information or facilitate such acts. All Voice Lab assumes no liability for consequences caused by your breach of this clause:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
(5) Promoting terrorism or extremism, or inciting terrorist or extremist activities;
(6) Undermining state religious policies, or promoting cults or feudal superstition;
(7) Fabricating or spreading rumors or false information, committing telecom fraud, or otherwise disrupting social order and stability;
(8) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crime, or trading or manufacturing prohibited or controlled items;
(9) Insulting or defaming others, infringing others' reputation rights, portrait rights, such as by using information technology to forge or otherwise infringe portrait rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, and other lawful rights and interests, or impersonating or falsely using the name of a state authority, social organization, or other legal person;
(10) Containing other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.
You must also take further measures to prevent and resist harmful information containing the following content:
(1) Using exaggerated titles where the content seriously mismatches the title;
(2) Hyping scandals, gossip, misconduct, or similar matters;
(3) Improperly commenting on natural disasters, major accidents, and similar calamities;
(4) Containing sexual suggestion or provocation likely to cause sexual association;
(5) Displaying bloody, frightening, cruel, or physically and mentally disturbing content;
(6) Inciting group discrimination or regional discrimination;
(7) Promoting vulgar, lowbrow, or kitsch content;
(8) Content that may cause minors to imitate unsafe behavior or behavior violating social morality, or induce minors' bad habits;
(9) Inciting illegal assemblies, associations, marches, demonstrations, or crowd disturbances of social order;
(10) Acting in the name of illegal non-governmental organizations;
(11) Other content that adversely affects the online ecology.
3.4 For video data you input, you must ensure that:
(1) The input data content is lawful and compliant, does not contain any content violating laws and regulations or Section 3.2 of this Agreement, and should not include unauthorized personal information of other natural persons, unauthorized intellectual property data, trade secret data, or similar data.
(2) Such data is owned by you or you have obtained sufficient, necessary, and valid lawful permission and authorization from the data subject, and it does not infringe any third party's lawful rights and interests, including intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, and trade secrets. You also grant All Voice Lab a free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right to use such data within the scope of providing the Service.
(3) If your input data contains personal information, you must ensure that you have obtained the consent of the personal information subject, and separate consent where sensitive personal information is involved, and that the authorization scope includes transmitting data to All Voice Lab and entrusting All Voice Lab to process the data, or that you have taken anonymization measures compliant with applicable data protection laws.
Please note that whether to provide personal information and what personal information to provide are entirely your own decisions. All Voice Lab does not recommend that you provide personal information that may affect your lawful rights and interests, and you should not provide another person's personal information without authorization.
3.5 When you use the Service, to assist you in fulfilling information content management responsibilities, All Voice Lab will use technical means to review text content, video content, and generation results you input. If your input content or generated results contain content that violates laws and regulations or Section 3.2 of this Agreement, All Voice Lab will intercept, block, or delete it. Please understand that All Voice Lab does not guarantee the complete accuracy of review results, nor does it make any warranty. Whether or not All Voice Lab takes review measures, and regardless of review conclusions, this does not affect your content security obligations and responsibilities for internet information service content management, deep synthesis information content management, and generative AI product service content management.
3.6 When using the Service, you must comply with the following rules:
(1) You may not use the Service to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate false news information. When reposting news information produced and published based on deep synthesis services, you must lawfully repost information published by internet news information source organizations.
(2) You must comply with relevant laws and regulations, follow principles of voluntariness, equality, fairness, and good faith, respect others' lawful rights and interests, prevent harm to others' physical and mental health, portrait rights, reputation rights, personal information, and intellectual property rights, not use the Service for improper benefits, not disrupt normal order of internet platforms, and maintain a clear online environment.
(3) You may not use the Service to develop products or services competing with the Service.
(4) You may not use the Service to develop, train, or improve algorithms, models, or similar items that directly or indirectly compete with All Voice Lab.
(5) You may not obtain data generated or output by the Service through web crawling, extraction, scraping, or any other method.
(6) Without prior written consent from All Voice Lab, you may not provide the Service to third parties through rental, lending, sale, distribution, resale, transfer, or any other method.
(7) You may not tamper with or delete any statements or labels in the Service indicating that generated content is "AI generated", and may not maliciously guide or mislead third parties into misunderstanding generated content as human-generated.
(8) You may not interfere with normal operation of the Service by illegal means, including maliciously generating content that violates laws and regulations or contains harmful information through input content, maliciously attacking or bypassing the content review mechanism of the Service, or other acts that may harm or damage All Voice Lab's lawful rights and interests.
3.7 You understand and agree that to achieve the purpose of the Service, All Voice Lab follows principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith, and conducts data processing activities, including personal information processing, based on your entrustment, instructions, and needs and for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Such data processing activities may not exceed your instructions, and you have the right to supervise All Voice Lab's data processing. If All Voice Lab believes that your instructions violate applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, All Voice Lab has the right to immediately notify you and stop providing the Service without assuming any liability.
3.8 The data processing location under this Agreement is within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, or regulators, All Voice Lab will retain your data only for the period necessary to provide the Service. After the data processing period ends, All Voice Lab will stop all data use or return or delete relevant data according to your instructions. If laws and regulations do not allow All Voice Lab to delete such data, All Voice Lab may not use the data for any purpose other than your entrustment and instructions. If deletion is technically difficult, All Voice Lab will stop processing except for storage and necessary security protection measures.
3.9 You shall take necessary measures to protect your information under principles of prudence, reasonableness, and lawfulness. You must conduct necessary review of whether your use of the Service complies with laws and regulations and bear all resulting responsibilities.
3.10 All Voice Lab has the right to take appropriate measures to verify and inspect whether you have fulfilled corresponding obligations under the use rules and data processing requirements of this Agreement. You shall provide necessary assistance and cooperation for such verification and inspection. Whether or not All Voice Lab takes verification and inspection measures, and regardless of verification and inspection conclusions, this does not affect your guarantee obligations and responsibilities. If you fail to fulfill corresponding obligations under the use rules of this Agreement or violate laws and regulations, All Voice Lab has the right, based on its reasonable judgment, to immediately take measures including but not limited to deleting relevant information and data, suspending services, freezing or cancelling your account, without assuming any liability. You shall bear tort liability and other legal liability to information subjects. If All Voice Lab suffers losses due to processing information subject information, including compensation to information subjects or third parties, administrative penalties, and goodwill losses, you shall compensate All Voice Lab for all losses.
4. Paid Services and Fee Policy
4.1 You understand and agree that All Voice Lab has the right to decide whether to provide paid services and the fee standards for paid services. The foregoing may be adjusted at any time due to user needs, operational strategy adjustments, user acceptance, and other factors. Once published on relevant pages, such content effectively replaces the original agreement content, and All Voice Lab will remind you of updated content in an appropriate manner, including system pop-ups, in-site messages, and website announcements.
4.2 You may subscribe to paid functions and pay fees according to your needs. If you do not agree to pay such fees, you cannot use corresponding functions. If you use paid services, please comply with relevant agreements, including the Subscription Service Agreement.
4.3 You know and understand that All Voice Lab paid services are digitally delivered online goods, and the purchase fee is the price of digital goods, not a prepayment, deposit, stored value, or similar amount. After successful purchase, the paid service cannot be transferred or reverse-exchanged into RMB or other legal currency, except where otherwise provided in this Agreement, where the paid service has major defects that make it completely unusable due to All Voice Lab's breach, or where laws and regulations require a refund.
4.4 If you need to purchase paid functions from All Voice Lab, you may pay through third-party payment tools integrated by All Voice Lab, such as WeChat Pay or Alipay. When purchasing paid functions, you should carefully confirm that account, payment account, purchase quantity, purchase fee, and other transaction information are accurate. Any loss caused by your own reasons, including incorrect account, incorrect payment account, improper operation, or abnormal account/payment account status, shall be borne by you.
4.5 You must be the account holder or owner of the bound payment channel account, may lawfully and validly use the account, and must not infringe any third party's rights and interests. Otherwise, if any loss is caused to the actual owner of the payment account, you shall independently resolve disputes arising therefrom and bear all legal liability.
4.6 You understand and agree that if you complete payment according to fee standards published and actually displayed by All Voice Lab, unless expressly provided by laws and regulations, All Voice Lab will not refund amounts paid for the service or exchange them for other services. Please carefully confirm your account and relevant operation options before recharge. If your rights and interests are damaged due to incorrect account input, improper operation, or lack of understanding of recharge billing, All Voice Lab will not provide compensation or indemnity.
4.7 Paid services provided by All Voice Lab default to continuous use after you obtain use rights if no special use period is indicated. If a special use period is indicated, the use period is subject to that special indication. After the use period expires, All Voice Lab has the right to recover use rights at any time without separately notifying users. Once the use period starts, it will not be interrupted, suspended, or restarted for any reason.
4.8 You may not obtain or use services provided by All Voice Lab for profit-making, commercial operation, or other non-personal use purposes, nor obtain or dispose of services provided by All Voice Lab through gift, except virtual items that may themselves be gifted, lending, transfer, sale, pledge, permission for others to use, or other methods.
4.9 You understand and agree that if you voluntarily cancel your account, any paid service you purchased will be deemed automatically abandoned, and All Voice Lab will not return corresponding cash value or any other form of compensation except where expressly provided by laws and regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 "Intellectual property" means intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, and other intangible rights provided by any jurisdiction. Intellectual property in any materials, assets, designs, technologies, programs, code, or similar items provided by either party to the other under this Agreement belongs to the providing party or its lawful rights holder. Unless expressly agreed by a party or its lawful rights holder, the other party has no right to copy, disseminate, transfer, distribute, display, sell, license, or provide them to others for use.
5.2 Copyright in any content you input when using the Service belongs to the original author. You must ensure that any content you provide, publish, upload, and process during use of the Service and such acts themselves, including software, technologies, programs, web pages, text, pictures, images, audio, video, electronic documents, and other data, belong to you or have been lawfully authorized by the rights holder. You further ensure that the foregoing content has no ownership dispute, contains no content violating applicable laws or infringing any third party's intellectual property rights or other lawful rights and interests, and will not be used through the Service to infringe any third party's lawful rights and interests.
5.3 The intellectual property of the Service belongs to All Voice Lab. You only have the right to use it according to this Agreement and may not damage All Voice Lab's intellectual property rights in any way. You may not crack, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover source code or bypass technical restrictions of services, systems, or similar items provided by All Voice Lab.
5.4 All Voice Lab will not use your input data for service improvement or model optimization. All Voice Lab will not intentionally identify, extract, collect, or separately store personal information that may be contained in your input data, nor will it associate or combine personal information that may be contained in your input data with other data held by All Voice Lab.
5.5 Text content generated by you based on the Service is maintained by you and used after your independent judgment. You must use it in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. Any intellectual property issues arising from generated content based on the Service shall be handled by you, and you are responsible for generated content. All Voice Lab is not liable for any losses caused thereby. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, without written consent from All Voice Lab, you may not disclose the association between generated content and the Service to any other third party in any direct or indirect, express or implied manner, including disclosing that generated content was generated through technical capabilities provided by All Voice Lab. If your breach of this clause causes losses to All Voice Lab, All Voice Lab has the right to recover from you.
5.6 Since content generated by the Service depends on machine-trained AI models, different All Voice Lab users may input different content in different scenarios, and generated content may be identical, similar, partially different, or completely different. You understand and agree that if your generated content is identical or similar to content generated by other All Voice Lab users, you and other All Voice Lab users shall each use corresponding generated content based on your respective input content, and you should not regard generated content of other All Voice Lab users as your generated content.
6. Liability for Breach
6.1 During your use of the Service, you must continuously comply with this Agreement, service rules, and other relevant rules. If All Voice Lab independently discovers, or discovers based on information from relevant authorities or complaints from rights holders, that you may have violated relevant laws and regulations, this Agreement, or service rules, All Voice Lab may unilaterally take any one or more of the following measures at any time:
(1) Require you to immediately delete or modify relevant content;
(2) Depending on the circumstances, take measures including but not limited to warnings, restricting or prohibiting use of all or part of the Service functions, imposing operation restrictions on your account, freezing the account up to cancellation, preserving relevant records, reporting to competent authorities, and announcing handling results;
(3) Require you to compensate all losses caused to All Voice Lab by your breach;
(4) Take other measures according to relevant agreements.
6.2 Corresponding measures taken by All Voice Lab under this Agreement, including suspension of service and termination of agreement, are not deemed a breach by All Voice Lab. Any losses caused to you thereby, including business suspension and data clearance, shall be borne by you. If legal liability or any third-party claim, demand, or loss arises from your violation of this Agreement, you shall bear responsibility yourself. Handling by All Voice Lab under this Agreement does not exempt you from legal liability.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
7.1 You understand and agree that, although All Voice Lab has made maximum efforts, because the technology on which the Service depends has inherent technical bottlenecks and generated content is automatically generated by AI models, All Voice Lab still cannot make any warranty on the following matters:
(1) It does not warrant that the Service will meet your actual or specific needs or purposes, or that any product, service, or other content obtained through the Service will meet your expectations;
(2) It does not warrant that the Service will be one hundred percent accurate and reliable, functional, timely, secure, error-free, uninterrupted, continuously stable, or free of faults;
(3) The Service does not truly understand your input content like humans, nor does it understand potential risks and ethical issues behind it. Service output does not constitute any advice or decision for you, and there is no warranty on authenticity, completeness, accuracy, timeliness, legality, functionality, or usefulness of generated content. Generated content is for your reference only and does not represent any attitude, view, or position of All Voice Lab. You must make independent judgments based on your actual circumstances. Special reminder: when you use the Service to consult on medical, legal, or other professional issues, All Voice Lab only provides suggestions and does not represent medical diagnosis, legal services, or other professional opinions. If you need medical diagnosis, legal services, or other professional opinions, you must consult doctors and relevant legal professionals and make decisions under professional guidance.
(4) Although Service output has been automatically filtered by AI algorithms, some information may still have defects, be unreasonable, or cause discomfort, and generated content does not represent All Voice Lab's attitude or view;
(5) It does not warrant the accuracy, stability, or completeness of code, programs, and content pointed to by the Service.
In short, content provided by the Service is for your reference only and does not constitute any advice or commitment. We are not liable for any damage or liability to you or any third party arising from your use of the Service.
7.2 You understand that the Service generates content through AI based on your input. If generated content raises questions or discomfort, or if you have feedback or suggestions about Service output, or if you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed, you are welcome to contact All Voice Lab at team@allvoicelab.com. All Voice Lab will attach great importance to your comments and take timely and effective handling measures, continuously improve technology and optimize functions, and thank you sincerely. However, if you publicly disseminate sensitive, unreasonable, ambiguous, or non-compliant generated content, any infringement, dispute, or loss caused thereby shall be borne by you, and All Voice Lab is not liable.
7.3 Under no circumstances will All Voice Lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages and losses, such as lost profits, lost opportunities, fees paid to third parties, reputation/goodwill loss, or damage.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 The place of signing of this Agreement is Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province.
8.2 The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement are governed by the laws and regulations of mainland China, excluding conflict of law rules.
8.3 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation, either party shall submit the dispute to a people's court with jurisdiction at the place where this Agreement is signed.
8.4 For avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed in writing, the governing law and jurisdiction clause applies to this Agreement and Other Service Rules, including their revisions, supplements, and updates.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 All Voice Lab values protection of users' personal information and privacy. Personal information means all kinds of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person, alone or in combination with other information, or reflect activities of a specific natural person. When you browse, register, log in, or use the Service, All Voice Lab will process and protect your personal information according to the All Voice Lab User Privacy Policy published on the website. Therefore, we hope you carefully read and fully understand the full text of the All Voice Lab User Privacy Policy and make choices you consider appropriate according to its guidance when needed.
9.2 You should use the Service after carefully reading and fully understanding the All Voice Lab User Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the policy, the Service may not operate normally or achieve the intended service effects of All Voice Lab. Your use or continued use of the Service indicates that you fully understand and agree to all content of the All Voice Lab User Privacy Policy, including updated versions.
9.3 If you have any questions about the All Voice Lab User Privacy Policy or matters related to your personal information, including inquiries and complaints, you may contact us through the contact methods published in Article 10 of the All Voice Lab User Privacy Policy.
10. Terms for Minors
10.1 If you are a minor under 18 years old, you should carefully read and agree to this Agreement under the supervision, guidance, and consent of your guardian before using All Voice Lab. If you have not obtained guardian consent, the guardian may notify the platform through published channels, and the platform has the right to restrict functions and use of the relevant account.
10.2 We value protection of minors' personal information. Minor users should strengthen personal protection awareness and handle personal information carefully when filling it in, and should correctly use All Voice Lab after obtaining guardian consent and under guardian guidance.
10.3 Minor users and their guardians understand and confirm that if you violate laws, regulations, or this Agreement, you and your guardian shall bear all legal liability that may arise according to law.
10.4 Special reminders for minor users:
10.4.1 Minors should use All Voice Lab under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, learn to use the internet correctly within a reasonable scope, avoid addiction to virtual cyberspace, and develop good internet habits.
10.4.2 Minor users must comply with the National Youth Internet Civilization Convention:
(1) Be good at online learning and do not browse harmful information;
(2) Communicate honestly and friendly, and do not insult or deceive others;
(3) Strengthen self-protection awareness and do not casually meet online friends;
(4) Maintain network security and do not disrupt network order;
(5) Benefit physical and mental health and do not indulge in virtual space.
10.5 To better protect minors' privacy rights and interests, we remind you to strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations and carefully publish content containing minors' materials. Once published, you are deemed to have obtained consent from the rights holder to display minors' portraits, voices, and other information in All Voice Lab, and to allow us to use and process such minor-related content under this Agreement.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 All Voice Lab has the right to modify this Agreement from time to time or when necessary based on changes in national policies and laws, technological progress, and product function changes. All Voice Lab will notify you in a reasonable manner, and you may also view the latest agreement terms on the All Voice Lab official website. If you do not agree to modifications made by All Voice Lab to this Agreement, you have the right to stop using the Service and notify All Voice Lab in writing. If you continue using the Service, you will be deemed to accept the modified terms.
11.2 You understand and agree that All Voice Lab may change service content, or interrupt, suspend, or terminate services, based on adjustments to business strategies.
11.3 You understand and agree that if All Voice Lab undergoes merger, division, acquisition, or asset transfer, All Voice Lab may transfer relevant assets under the Service to a third party. All Voice Lab may also transfer part or all services and corresponding rights and obligations under this Agreement to a third party for operation or performance after unilateral notice to you.
11.4 After All Voice Lab terminates services to you, it has the right to delete your personal information or anonymize it according to applicable laws, and may also continue to preserve other content and information you leave on our platform for the period and by the method provided by law.
11.5 Service rules are an important part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as the body of this Agreement. You shall comply with them.
