This All Voice Lab User Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is an agreement between Shanghai Lingguang Zhaxian Technology Co., Ltd. ("All Voice Lab", "we", "us", or "our") and you regarding the collection, processing, sharing, and other handling of personal data that may occur when you use the Service. The Service refers to the artificial intelligence generation services provided by All Voice Lab, as further described in the All Voice Lab User Service Agreement.
We understand the importance of personal information to you and will make every effort to keep your personal information secure and reliable. We are committed to maintaining your trust and protecting your personal information under the principles of accountability, clear purpose, consent, data minimization, security, individual participation, and transparency. We also undertake to use security safeguards generally accepted in the industry to protect your personal information.
To better protect your rights and interests, we have prepared this Policy. Before using the Service, please read and fully understand this Policy carefully, and use the relevant products or services only after you confirm that you understand and agree to it. If you do not agree to any part of this Policy, you should immediately stop using the Service. Once you start using the Service, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to this Policy.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
"Personal information" means all kinds of information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person, either alone or in combination with other information, or reflect activities of a specific natural person. For this Policy, personal information includes name, date of birth, identity document number, personal biometric information, communication contact information, communication records and content, account password, precise location information, online identity information, commonly used device information, and similar information.
1.1 When you visit the All Voice Lab official website and service websites
When you visit our website, we may collect your click operations, pages visited, access date and duration, and your source channel through which you learned about and accessed the Service website. In most cases, this collection is anonymous.
1.2 When you register, log in, and use an All Voice Lab account
1.2.1 Account registration
When registering an All Voice Lab account, you need to provide a complete mobile phone number that can receive SMS messages or phone calls. We will confirm whether your identity is valid by sending an SMS verification code or voice verification code. After verification, and after you read, agree to, and check the relevant option on the page, your account registration is completed. Collecting your mobile phone number is necessary to meet legal requirements on real-name registration. If you refuse to provide a mobile phone number for registration or login, we may be unable to provide relevant products or services to you.
1.2.2 Login and account use
After registering a product account, you may decide whether to complete additional account information such as avatar and nickname. Providing such additional information helps us provide better service and experience, but failure to provide it will not affect your use of basic product functions.
1.3 When you use the Service
When you use the Service, we need to temporarily upload the audio, video, and other media materials you input to servers for effect optimization. The media materials you upload will only be used for audio and video processing or effect optimization through specific algorithm inference, and we will not use them for any other purpose.
When you use paid functions of the Service, we will collect your order and payment information, such as purchased products, purchase date, order quantity, bank card and credit card information, or other payment information.
If the media materials or information you provide contain personal information, you must ensure that you have obtained the consent of the personal information subject and have the right to transmit such personal information to All Voice Lab for data processing.
1.4 When you contact us
If you believe that your lawful rights and interests have been infringed, you may submit a complaint or report to us through the contact methods stated in this Policy. During this process, we will require you to provide valid personal identity information to verify the authenticity of the complaint or report. If you believe your All Voice Lab account is abnormal, we may also require identity information for verification. We will keep your personal information strictly confidential and will not share it with third parties.
1.5 Permissions for information collection and use when you use All Voice Lab functions will not be enabled by default. They will only be used for specific functions or services after your express authorization. You may also apply to withdraw authorization by emailing team@allvoicelab.com. Even after authorization, we will not collect your information through sensitive permissions when the relevant function or service does not require it.
1) Additional camera functions. After enabling camera permission, you may use this function to take photos or record videos.
2) Additional microphone-based voice technology functions. After enabling microphone permission, you may use voice input. During this process, we may collect, transmit, store, use, and process the voice of you or of a person whose voice data you are authorized to use, limited to reading specified texts provided by the corresponding service content and your customized texts.
1.6 Changes in the purpose of collecting and using personal information
As our business develops, we may adjust our products and services. Where a new function or service is not directly related to the original purpose, we will obtain your consent again before collecting or using your personal information.
1.7 Personal information collected and used without consent
According to laws, regulations, and relevant national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without your authorization or consent in any of the following circumstances:
(1) Directly related to national security or national defense security;
(2) Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution of judgments;
(4) Necessary to protect the life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests of the personal information subject or another person, where it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(5) The personal information collected has been made public by you;
(6) The personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as lawful news reports or government information disclosure;
(7) Necessary to enter into or perform a contract at your request;
(8) Necessary to maintain secure and stable product operation, such as discovering and handling product faults;
(9) Necessary for lawful news reporting;
(10) Necessary for statistical or academic research carried out by academic institutions in the public interest, provided that personal information contained in externally published research results is de-identified;
(11) Other circumstances provided by laws, regulations, and relevant national standards.
2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
To make your access experience easier, when you use our products, we may identify you through small data files. This helps you avoid repeatedly entering registration information or helps determine the security status of your account. These data files may be cookies. Cookies usually contain identifiers, site names, and numbers and characters. You may manage or delete cookies according to your preferences.
We will not use cookies or similar technologies, such as beacons or proxies, for any purpose other than those described in this Policy. You may manage or delete cookies according to your preferences. For details, please refer to AboutCookies.org. Please note that if you disable cookies, you may not receive the best service experience, and some services may not work properly.
3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information
3.1 How personal information is shared
3.1.1 To enable you to enjoy and use more services and functions, we may integrate SDKs, application programming interfaces (APIs), application plugins, or other cooperation methods provided by third-party service providers to provide better services and user experience. The current third-party information involved is as follows:
YouTube API Services
- Purpose: sharing, uploading, and managing video publishing
- Scenario: uploading videos in your account to a specified YouTube channel
- Third-party name: Google LLC (YouTube)
- Data involved: YouTube channel information, such as channel ID and channel name, video upload task status, and uploaded video YouTube Video ID
- Collection method: collected by API
- Privacy policy: google.com/policies/privacy/
- Special notice: when you use this function, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service ( https://www.youtube.com/t/terms ).
3.1.2 Necessary sharing with affiliates. To provide consistent services through a unified account system, facilitate unified management, and protect system and account security, your personal information may be necessarily shared between us and our affiliates.
3.1.3 To achieve other purposes described in the "How we collect and use your personal information" section of this Policy;
3.1.4 To perform our obligations and exercise our rights under this Policy or other agreements reached with you;
3.1.5 Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, to comply with laws and protect the interests, property, or safety of us, our affiliates or partners, you, other users, or the public, such as preventing fraud and reducing credit risk, we may exchange information with other companies and organizations. This does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing information for profit in violation of commitments made in this Policy.
3.1.6 At your lawful request or with your authorized consent;
3.1.7 At the lawful request of your guardian;
3.1.8 As provided under a separate service agreement signed with you, including electronic agreements signed online and corresponding platform rules, or other legal documents;
3.1.9 For academic research;
3.1.10 For social public interests that comply with laws and regulations.
We will share your personal information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations, and individuals with whom we share personal information and require them to process information according to our instructions, this Policy, and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.
3.2 How personal information is transferred
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
3.2.1 Transfer with explicit consent: after obtaining your explicit consent, we may transfer your personal information to other parties;
3.2.2 In the event of merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or bankruptcy liquidation involving personal information transfer, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Policy and to continue protecting your personal information according to laws and regulations and security standards no lower than those required by this Policy. Otherwise, we will require that company or organization to obtain your authorization and consent again.
3.3 How personal information is disclosed
We will publicly disclose your personal information only in the following circumstances and with security safeguards that meet industry standards:
(1) After obtaining your explicit consent;
(2) Disclosure based on law: we may publicly disclose your personal information where required by law, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requirements from government authorities;
(3) Announcements of penalties for violating accounts or fraudulent conduct.
3.4 Personal information shared, transferred, or publicly disclosed without consent
According to laws, regulations, and national standards, we may share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information without your authorization or consent in the following circumstances:
(1) Directly related to national security or national defense security;
(2) Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution of judgments;
(4) Necessary to protect your or another person's life, property, or other major lawful rights and interests, where it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(5) Personal information made public by you;
(6) Personal information collected from legally disclosed information, such as lawful news reports or government information disclosure.
4. How We Protect Personal Information
The personal information protection measures provided by this Policy apply only to our products. Once you leave our products and browse or use other websites, services, or content resources, we have neither the ability nor the obligation to protect any personal information you submit outside our products, regardless of whether you log in to, browse, or use such software or websites through links or guidance from our products.
4.1 To protect your information security, we are committed to using various security technologies and supporting management systems to minimize risks of leakage, damage, misuse, unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, and alteration of your information. We will take all reasonable and practicable measures to protect your personal information, for example:
(1) Data exchanged between your device and the products or services, such as banking information, is protected by SSL encryption;
(2) We use encryption technology to ensure data confidentiality;
(3) We use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data;
(4) We deploy access control mechanisms to ensure only authorized personnel may access personal information;
(5) We provide security and privacy protection training to strengthen employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information;
(6) Other reasonable and practicable protection measures we consider appropriate.
4.2 We use encryption technology, anonymization, and other reasonable and practicable means no lower than industry standards to protect your personal information, and use security protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks.
4.3 We will take all reasonable and practicable measures to avoid collecting unrelated personal information. We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, unless an extended retention period is required or permitted by law. We retain relevant information during the period when you have not withdrawn, deleted, or cancelled your account. After the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
4.4 The internet is not an absolutely secure environment. Please use a complex password to help us protect your account. Please properly keep your product login name and other identity elements. When you use the product, we identify you through your login name and other identity elements. If you disclose such information, you may suffer losses and face unfavorable legal consequences. If you discover that your product login name or other identity elements may have been or have already been disclosed, please contact us immediately so that we can take corresponding measures to avoid or reduce losses.
4.5 We will update and publish information about security risks and personal information security impact assessments from time to time.
4.6 The internet environment is not one hundred percent secure. We will try our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or management safeguards are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of information and damage to your lawful rights and interests, we will assume corresponding legal responsibility.
4.7 After an unfortunate personal information security incident, we will inform you in a timely manner according to laws and regulations of the basic situation and possible impact of the incident, measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedial measures for you. We will notify you by email, phone, push notification, or other means. Where it is difficult to notify personal information subjects one by one, we will publish an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. We will also proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents as required by regulators.
5. Your Rights
According to relevant laws, regulations, national standards of the People's Republic of China, and industry practices, we protect your rights to exercise the following rights over your personal information. The scope and method of access, modification, and deletion of personal information depend on the specific service you use.
5.1 Accessing or editing your personal information
If you want to access or edit personal profile information in your account, you can click the avatar button or select the personal information to access or edit from "My Workspace" in the left sidebar.
If you cannot access such personal information through the above methods, you may contact us by customer service phone, email, or online customer service. We will respond to your access request within 15 days.
5.2 Correcting your personal information
In general, you may modify information you submitted at any time by clicking the avatar frame or personal center. For security and identity verification reasons, you may not be able to independently modify certain initial registration information, such as information submitted after real-name authentication. If you need to modify such information, you may submit a correction request by email. We will review the issue as soon as possible and respond after dedicated personnel verify your identity.
5.3 Deleting your personal information
You may contact us to request deletion of personal information:
(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations;
(2) If we collect or use your personal information without your consent;
(3) If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services;
(5) If we no longer provide products or services to you.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that obtained your personal information from us and require them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or unless such entities have obtained your independent authorization.
After you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete corresponding information from backup systems, but will delete it when backups are updated.
5.4 Managing your authorization scope
You may change the scope of your authorization for our continued collection of personal information or withdraw your authorization by disabling device permissions or contacting us directly through the contact methods published in this Policy. Specific business functions and services require your personal information to be completed. After you withdraw consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information, but please understand that we cannot continue to provide the specific functions or services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization. Your withdrawal of consent does not affect personal information processing carried out based on your previous authorization.
5.4.1 Deletion of YouTube Data and Revocation of Access
When you authorize All Voice Lab to use YouTube API Services, we may access and store YouTube or Google user data associated with you only to the extent necessary to provide video uploading, publishing, subtitle uploading, and related management features.
You may request deletion of YouTube or Google user data stored by All Voice Lab at any time by emailing team@allvoicelab.com. Please include your All Voice Lab account information and the connected Google Account information so that we can verify your identity and locate the relevant data. After receiving and verifying a valid deletion request, we will delete the relevant data as soon as possible and no later than 7 calendar days, except where retention is required by applicable law.
You may also revoke All Voice Lab's access to your Google or YouTube data through the “Third-party apps and services” page of your Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en
After you revoke access through your Google Account settings, we will stop accessing the relevant data and delete the related YouTube API Data stored pursuant to that authorization as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days after revocation, except where retention is required by applicable law. After revocation, video uploading, publishing, subtitle uploading, and related management features that depend on your YouTube account connection will no longer be available.
Please note that deleting data stored by All Voice Lab does not delete videos, subtitles, channels, or other content stored by YouTube. To delete content stored by YouTube, you must use an official YouTube application or an authorized API Client that supports the relevant deletion functionality.
5.5 Account cancellation
If you need to cancel your All Voice Lab account, after logging in you can view the left information bar, click "My Workspace", click the account next to the avatar to enter the account information editing page, and click "Cancel Account" to cancel your account, unless otherwise provided by laws, regulations, this Policy, or other All Voice Lab rules. Before account cancellation, we will verify your identity and security status.
After account cancellation, you will no longer be able to log in to or use All Voice Lab with that account. Unused benefits and future overdue interests under the account will be cleared and not refunded. Content, information, data, records, and similar items under the account will be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by laws, regulations, or regulators. Account cancellation is irreversible. Once an All Voice Lab account is cancelled, it cannot be restored. For details, please refer to the Account Cancellation Agreement.
5.6 How we respond to your requests
To protect security, you may need to provide a written request or otherwise prove your identity. We may first require you to verify your identity and then process your request. We will respond within fifteen working days. For reasonable requests, we generally do not charge fees, but for repeated requests or requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge certain costs as appropriate. For requests that are repeatedly made without reason, require excessive technical means, create risks to others' lawful rights and interests, or are very impractical, we may refuse them. According to laws and regulations, we will be unable to respond to your request in the following circumstances:
(1) Directly related to national security or national defense security;
(2) Directly related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, or execution of judgments;
(4) There is sufficient evidence that you have subjective malice or abuse rights;
(5) Responding to your request would seriously damage the lawful rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
(6) Involving trade secrets.
5.7 Complaints and reports
You may make complaints or reports according to the system we publish. If you believe your personal information rights may have been infringed or find clues of infringement, you may contact us by email to report. After verification, we will provide feedback on your complaint or report within fifteen working days.
5.8 Accessing the Privacy Policy
You may browse and view the full content of this Policy on the registration or login pages, or on the All Voice Lab official website and service websites.
5.9 Right to be notified of cessation of operations
If we cease operations, we will promptly stop collecting your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations individually or by announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you.
6. Protection of Minors
(1) According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the Service.
(2) If you register an All Voice Lab account or use the Service and are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using the Service, and your parent or legal guardian should help you complete the registration process so that you can use the Service.
(3) If you are the guardian of a minor, when helping the minor complete registration or use before use, you should carefully read this Policy and decide whether to agree to it and help the minor register or use our products or services.
(4) If you have questions or rights requests concerning protection of personal information of a minor under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact methods disclosed in this Policy. We will handle and respond within a reasonable time.
(5) We protect minors' personal information according to national laws and regulations. For minors' personal information collected with parental consent, we will use, share, or publicly disclose such information only where permitted by law, with explicit consent from parents or guardians, or where necessary to protect minors.
(6) Self-inspection and feedback
If we discover that we have collected a minor's personal information without prior verifiable guardian consent, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible. If you are the guardian of a minor and have questions about the minor's personal information, please contact us through the contact methods published in this Policy.
7. How We Store Personal Information
Personal information collected and generated by us within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. We will not transmit such information overseas. If some products involve cross-border business and we need to transmit relevant personal information collected within China to overseas institutions, we will comply with national requirements, obtain your consent, follow laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements, and require overseas institutions to keep your personal information confidential through agreements, on-site inspections, and other effective measures.
8. How We Update This Policy
To provide better services, we may revise this Policy from time to time. Such revisions form part of this Policy and have the same effect as this Policy. If such revisions materially reduce your rights under this Policy, we will notify you before the changes take effect by prominent page prompts or other methods. In such circumstances, if you continue to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised Policy.

(2) Products described in this Policy may vary depending on factors such as your phone model, system version, and software application version. The final products and services are subject to the products you use.
(3) The copyright of this Policy belongs to us, and we reserve the right to interpret and modify it.

For requests that are repeated without reason, require excessive technical means, such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices, create risks to others' lawful rights and interests, fall within exceptions to authorization and consent, or are very impractical, we may refuse them.
